Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Northearts, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines, which form part of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Northearts.

• You must be at least 18. Creating an account confirms that you are.
• You cannot use Northearts if you were previously removed for breaking these terms or our Community Guidelines.
• The details you give at sign-up, including your phone number and birthday, must be accurate.

• You sign up with your phone number and a one-time code.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything done through it.
• Keep your profile honest and current: your photos, age and anything else you share.

"Get Verified" is optional. It uses a liveness check on your device (you blink and turn your head) to confirm a real person is present at that moment.

• It confirms liveness only. It does not match your face to your photos and is not a background, identity or criminal record check.
• A Verified badge does not guarantee that someone's photos are accurate or current, or anything about their identity, intentions or safety. Our team may review and reverse a verification decision later.
• Attempts are limited to prevent abuse.
• Use your own judgement with everyone, verified or not.

Your safety matters to us more than almost anything else in this app, so we want to be straight about what we can and cannot promise.

• We do not run criminal background checks and cannot confirm that what members say about themselves is true.
• We cannot guarantee any member's identity, intentions, age or behaviour, even with our verification and safety tools.
• Choosing to talk to or meet someone, including in Blind Date's anonymous chat, is your decision and your risk.

If something feels wrong, stop, block and report the person, and use Safety Centre in the app. If you think you have been the victim of a scam, fraud or crime connected to Northearts, report it to local police too.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Northearts and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, harm, injury, fraud or damage arising from your interactions with other members, online or in person. That includes scams, harassment, physical or emotional harm, people misrepresenting themselves and crimes committed by other members.

Using Northearts means following our Community Guidelines. They cover how to behave, what is not allowed and our zero-tolerance policy on child sexual abuse and exploitation. Breaking them can lead to a warning, a suspension or permanent removal.

• You keep ownership of the photos, bio, prompts and anything else you upload.
• You give Northearts permission to store, display and process that content as needed to run the app, for example showing your photos in Discover and Deep View, or enhancing photo quality as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Only upload content you have the right to share and that does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• We may remove content that breaks these terms or our Community Guidelines.

• Plus and Gold are optional subscriptions. Super Likes and Boosts are optional one-time purchases.
• Payments go through Google Play Billing, or Apple's equivalent on iOS. We never collect or store your payment details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before then in your Google Play or Apple account settings.
• Refunds follow Google Play's or Apple's policies, except where the law says otherwise.
• Used one-time purchases are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires.
• Prices may change. We will try to give notice before a change affects you.

• You can delete your account in Settings any time. You have 14 days to log back in and restore it, after which your data is permanently deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We may suspend or permanently remove accounts that break these terms, our Community Guidelines or the law, without notice for serious violations.
• Accounts removed for a violation are not entitled to refunds for active subscriptions or unused purchases.

The Northearts name, logo, app design and technology belong to us and are protected by intellectual property law. These terms do not give you any right to use them beyond using the app as intended.

Northearts is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable and safe, but we do not promise it will be error-free or always available, or that you will find a match, a relationship or any particular outcome.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Northearts and its founder and operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the app, including those related to interactions with other members, meetings arranged through the app or content shared by others. Section 5 sets out the specific limits that apply to interactions with other members.

We may update these terms as Northearts grows. The date at the top changes when we do, and for significant changes we will try to tell you in the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes about them or your use of Northearts fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

Northearts is operated by LP Concrete Solutions, a sole proprietorship registered in India.
